I was heavily influenced by Southern cooking through my deep Southern roots by my great grandmother. My favorite dish would be with vegetables and I love cornbread.

@Sharon in my cookbook I oven "fry" my chicken. I love incorporating olive oil in my biscuit and pie dough instead of butter. Flaky!

For breading ideas for chicken, I like to coat in flour and then in wet mixture- egg & buttermilk, and then in panko or bread crumbs. You can also use flour. Just season, season, season
