Good morning:

Environment Canada has updated rainfall warnings for St. John's, Avalon Peninsula North, Clarenville and Bonavista. Some areas of St. John's have received up to 75 mm of rain in the past 36 hours and another 10-15 mm is expected today.

There are also frost warnings for Buchans and interior regions of the province and the Northern Peninsula.

Here's the latest warning from Environment Canada:

"This is a warning that significant rainfall is occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..listen for updated statements.

A broad area of low pressure southeast of Newfoundland will slowly move off to the east today. Many areas in Eastern Newfoundland and the Northern Avalon have received 50 to 80 millimetres of rain in the past 36 hours, and another 10 to 15 millimetres are expected today before the low moves off.

A ridge of high pressure building in from the northwest behind the low will bring a cooler and drier airmass and calm winds tonight. This will allow patchy frost to develop around St. Anthony and frost prone areas of the Humber Valley and Central Newfoundland."

Environment Canada has also provided unofficial rainfall amounts up to 3:30 a.m. today. They will be updated when the rain ends.

Here are the latest rainfall stats:
