The pavement was wet but the moon was bright on the way in this morning.
It looks like wet will be the order of the day, according to the Environment Canada forecast for the St. John’s area issued at 5:30 a.m...

Motorists are advised that there will be a lane reduction on Torbay Road at the Outer Ring Road (TCH) Overpass from Tuesday, Oct. 2, until further notice for surface asphalt repairs.

Motorists should expect delays.
Please note that this activity is weather dependent.
