Just after noon Sunday, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary’s street patrol arrested a 22-year-old man with breaking into vehicles.
He was charged with theft, possession of stolen goods, breach of probation and breach of a police officers undertaking.
The man was taken to the lock-up to appear in court this morning.

A 31-year-old man was arrested in his vehicle early Sunday afternoon after an incident on Kelly Street.
He’s been charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling, malicious damage, breach of probation, and several Highway Traffic Act charges, including operating a vehicle with no insurance.
The man also owed approximately $10,000 in fines.
He was held for court.
His vehicle was impounded.
He was arrested in the area of Allandale Rd and Prince Philip Drive around 1 p.m.
