There are also two really good signs. There are two Akron kids with a big banner sign that says, "Just Roo It ." A Western Michigan fan has a sign that says "Fight for you Rietz," for Western forward Joe Rietz

Ten minutes until tip off. The general concensoius at dinner was that Western will win tonight. I tend to agree. both are good teams, but I like western's David Kool and Joe Rietz

The Kent State fans here at the begining of the game seem to outnumber both the Western and Akron fans. It seemed as though Western's small cheering section outnumbered Akron
