My point is that LeBron is already a very efficient player (probably one of the most efficient players of all time). He can get better...he's going to get better...but he's only 23 and already the second best player in the game. He can get to the rim at will, and if he had a decent team around him, his lack of a consistent jumper wouldn't be that much of an issue. Sometimes, it's better to consolidate your game and focus on what you're best at.

Luc: MJ couldn't shoot three pointers for much of his career, and focused most of his game foul line and below. LeBron doesn't necessarily need to learn how to shoot three pointers as much as he needs to stop shooting them and own the mid-range and below. He settles for threes way too often, when he can get to the rim at will. In my opinion he needs to work on the post game a bit more. Combine his driving ability and his passing ability with a post game and you have an efficient, unstoppable force. Don't forget, LeBron is only 23. Jordan shot below 20 percent from three for many years during the first part of his career. LeBron shot 31.5 percent from the field this year.

Kobe has owned the spurs in the playoffs (See: 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004). They lost in 2003, but not because of him.
