Hello.

11:11
TCO:
And not much suprise to start off as Derrick Rose goes first.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:11 TCO
11:12
TCO:
A fairly good fit, although, I'd like to note I'd personally have gone with Beasely. I think Rose going first is primarily due to the CP3 - D-Will effect.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:12 TCO
11:12
TCO:
Remember the days when you always had big men going first?
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:12 TCO
11:12
TCO:
The likes of Bargnani and Bogut going before more talented smaller players?
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:12 TCO
11:12
TCO:
Seems those days are over now.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:12 TCO
11:13
TCO:
Chicago does have superflous talent though, and they should be able to move Hinrich.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:13 TCO
11:15
TCO:
Maybe Seattle is a possible fit, especially if they take a combo guard so that Durant can stop playing WAY out of position as a SG.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:15 TCO
11:15
TCO:
The Heat are not insane. They select Beasely.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:15 TCO
11:16
TCO:
A very nice pick, he should, at the least, be equal of Carmelo Anthony.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:16 TCO
11:20
TCO:
Every single recent  champion has had an inside/outside persence and now Miami has one again.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:20 TCO
11:20
TCO:
His amazing productivity doesnt hurt either.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:20 TCO
11:20
TCO:
The problem I could see is Pat Riley hating him, which I doubt he will once he starts playing.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:20 TCO
11:21
TCO:
Fatima? Hmm.......... Random name there for his mom.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:21 TCO
11:22
TCO:
Beasely kinda reminds me a bit of a young Will Smith
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:22 TCO
11:23
TCO:
Paxon. "The pick was made recently" NOT.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:23 TCO
11:24
TCO:

OJ Mayo is over doing with the glasses.

Thursday June 26, 2008 11:24 TCO
11:24
TCO:
T'Wolves, and their new logo select Mayo with the 3rd pick.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:24 TCO
11:26
TCO:
Is Corey Brewer expendable now? Is Randy Foye? Is seems like Minny has a glut of guards. I would have liked to see them move back (Clippers , Blazers or Bobcats could have been possible willing partners) and get assets, a veteran big man, or the ability to draft someone like Brook Lopez. I dislike the pick, although I do agree that O.J. was the best available.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:26 TCO
11:28
TCO:

The young Eric Spolestra might be the perfect coach for Beasely too.

Thursday June 26, 2008 11:28 TCO
11:30
TCO:
Seattle picks Westbrook. Does this make Ridnour available? I personally like Westbrook and this might allow Durant to play more as a 3 as he would need to handle the ball less.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:30 TCO
11:34
TCO:
Back to back Bruins as Love is picked #5. An excellent pick for a franchise needing a new face.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:34 TCO
11:34
TCO:
Look for some spectacular Rudy Gay dunks coming off of Love's legendary outlet passing.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:34 TCO
11:36
TCO:
I like Memphis as a dark horse candidate especially if they do not trade Mike Miller.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:36 TCO
11:38
TCO:

Unless the Knicks select Bayless, expect some boos. I do not like Galinari here. D'Antoni's system needs a good pg, and as much as I like Starbury, I doubt he is the answer.

Thursday June 26, 2008 11:38 TCO
11:40
TCO:
They do select Gallinari. I dislike this pick as he is more Tsitishvili than Dirk in my books. He can be a better Boris Diaw, but who will get the ball to him? A pg would have been a better pick and would have saved some booing. Perhaps, Isiah would have picked Bayless.....
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:40 TCO
11:41
TCO:

"The Rooster" is one ugly shoe.

Thursday June 26, 2008 11:41 TCO
11:42
TCO:
The Clippers have a nice choice between Bayless and Gordon.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:42 TCO
11:43
TCO:
I would take Bayless as Dan Dikau will never be the starting pg of a playoff team.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:43 TCO
11:44
TCO:
Gordon isnt as bad a pick as Gallinari was though, as the Clippers will be needing some scoring since Maggetee is likely to bolt.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:44 TCO
11:44
TCO:
Gordon does kinda look fat though.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:44 TCO
11:46
TCO:
Donnie Walson is a nice change of pace for New York though.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:46 TCO

TCO:

Thursday June 26, 2008 11:46 TCO
11:47
TCO:
I agree wil Jeff Van Gundy in hat now they need Strbury to play up to his potential.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:47 TCO
11:48
TCO:

The Bucks selecting Joe Alexander is a bit suprising considering they had just acquired Richard Jefferson. Which one of them will play the 4? One of many questions facing the Bucks.

Thursday June 26, 2008 11:48 TCO
11:50
TCO:
I do like Joe Alexander as a player though.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:50 TCO
11:52
TCO:
A very interesting pick here by the Bobcats, especially considering they have Raymond Felton.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:52 TCO
11:52
TCO:
Will they go 2 pg set? Or is Felton expendable now?
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:52 TCO
11:53
TCO:
Especially considering how poor Brown's record is with young players, I do not know why they did not pick Brook Lopez.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:53 TCO
11:56
TCO:
Brook Lopez is a nice fit with the Nets. Their future looks pretty optimistic, especially with the RJ deal opening up cap space for the magical free agent season of 2010.
Thursday June 26, 2008 11:56 TCO
11:59
TCO:

Brook and Robin Lopez sound pretty retarded though. Like the kid from 'Kickin It Old School'   who was retarded and would punch people.

Thursday June 26, 2008 11:59 TCO
11:59
TCO:
And the Cowton nation starts crying as Bayless falls one spot before them.

TCO:
I do not see how Bayless fits in with the Pacers, especially considering they just got T.J. Ford.
Friday June 27, 2008 12:00 TCO
12:04
TCO:
The King select Jason Thompson, the 1st senior taken. This could lead to Brad Miller being traded. I think the Kings were just disheartened that neither Bayless nor Augustin fell to them.
Friday June 27, 2008 12:04 TCO
12:06
TCO:
Stu Scott isnt really funny.
Friday June 27, 2008 12:06 TCO
12:06
TCO:
The Blazers need to make some moves. Lets see who they pick.
Friday June 27, 2008 12:06 TCO
12:07
TCO:
Another Brandon joins the Blazers. Rush should make Webster expendable.
Friday June 27, 2008 12:07 TCO
12:09
TCO:
Webster being traded would give some more cap flexibility via less cap hold.
Friday June 27, 2008 12:09 TCO

mm:
Test.
Friday June 27, 2008 12:10 mm
12:11
TCO:
The Warriors select Anthony Randolph. As skinny as he is, he should be a decent fit with G State as he could run. However, the lack of development with the similar Brandon Wright worries me.
Friday June 27, 2008 12:11 TCO
12:17
TCO:
The Suns select Robin Lopez. At least he is better than Shaq.
Friday June 27, 2008 12:17 TCO
12:24
TCO:
That's it for tonight folks, remember to keep checking for more analysis.
