Class assignment - take an AEIS report, analyze it and answer some questions.  

1.What are the assets of this school?
2.What are the challenges?
3.What questions need to be asked about this school?
4.What data do you need to collect to answer these questions?
5.What are the best sources for this data?
6.How will you present this data to relevant stakeholders?

As potential school leaders, planning, evaluating data and programs, looking at initiatives, the process begins as analysis.

You will get some pointed questions that you will need to answer.  

The AEIS is a great place to start the process but do not use it as the only data source.

Hey Beto, sorry I did not see you post earlier. I noticed it as I was closing it out. We worked in groups for nearly the entire time and then gave our results, analysis and suggestions.
