Helton giving out the Bill France Award of excellence. Not an annual award, and I don't remember seeing it before.

Barney Hall!  Terrific choice. I love listening to his race calls. He is understated, doesn't talk too much and coordinates the whole broadcast. If you never get your NASCAR racing on radio, you owe it to yourself to listen to Barney. Great choice for the Excellence Award. Maybe this won't be so bad after all.
