Recapping, there were four opinions today: Allison Engine, Quanta, and Bridge were decided unanimously, while Engquist was decided by a 6-3 vote.   The next opinion day will be this Thursday.   In its Orders List, the Court also granted cert. in two cases, Fitzgerald, et vir v. Barnstable School Committee, et al. (07-1125) and Philip Morris USA, Inc. v. Williams (07-1216) and called for the views of the Solicitor General in AK Steel Corporation Retirement Accumulation Pension Plan v. West (07-663).
