Scott Burnside - A bit odd. There was Ilya Kovalchuk going about his business as though this was just another day. Head coach John Anderson likewise. But I have a feeling we have in fact seen the last of Kovalchuk in a Thrashers jersey. Kind of sad, really, an end of an era, for better or worse.

Scott Burnside - Bryan; Indeed. There aren't many places I wouldn't play for that kind of dough. Thought it interesting that the team released the terms of the deals Kovalchuk has turned down. Takes some of the heat off the team when they do trade him I think.
