Tom Pelissero -

Well, this should be fun. What do you got, kids?

Tom Pelissero -

Ha, someone disabled reader comments. I have no idea why. OK, bring it.

Any silver lining to this one, Tom?
9:23
Tom Pelissero -  First 4 drives of the 2nd half showed what this offense can be. Problem is, it doesn't matter most of the time if you play like the Packers did in the first half. Defense made some plays, but not nearly enough. Tough game. Yet again, the Packers were 28 yards away from a go-ahead TD.

Why didn't the packers use Mark Tauscher instead of Barbre
9:24
Tom Pelissero -

Well, apparently they didn't think he was a better option at this point. Barbre had been playing much better, particularly in the running game. He had a few issues today, including the holding penalties. They have a major evaluation to do on the line as a whole this wek.

What is wrong with A-Rod's foot?
9:24
Tom Pelissero -  We're not entirely certain, but it doesn't seem to be affecting him significantly. Still plenty mobile, as he showed today. But getting hit 10 times doesn't help.

Is "waffling" a legitimate reason to kick someone to the curb? He "waffled" with the Vikings this Summer, and they're 7-1. Who cares, as long as you win right?
9:27
Tom Pelissero -  The waffling was far from the only reason the Packers moved on without Favre. Let's see if he can win in January. Hasn't won one more than one playoff game in 12 years, remember? Not saying he didn't play well today -- he was exceptional. Can't believe some of the throws he still can make at 40. Just saying, the ultimate goal isn't big wins in November. Last year, the Jets beat New England to go to 8-3. Favre was phenomenal. Where did that get them? Only time will tell.
