kevin what are the chances of the chargers selecting Rey Maualuga with the 16th pick
1:00
k acee -  Well, I think it's K. Moreno.  But I picked Tyson Jackson because I think he could fall as a result of B.J. Raji possibly falling.

Maualuga YES!!!...no RB 1st Rd...all smokescreen...AJ goes for 2 big bodies on DL also and S.
1:02
k acee -  When does he get all those players? I agree he wants to go defensem, but it's going to have something to do with who's available.

NFL Network was reporting though that SD wouldnt be taking a RB
1:02
Tim Sullivan -  I think there are three or four players who would fall in the category of 15-20 percent, but if there were a field entry (like horse racing), I'd take that because it would include trading up or trading down.

I still have a hard time believing the Chargers will pick a running back, but my mind-reading skills are a little rusty.
1:02
k acee -  Funny I just saw them predict Moreno -- like 60 seconds ago.

wouldn't Rey maualuga fit our system a little better and get a RB in the second round

Hey UT! I've followed the bolts all season through you guys from Italy. Is there any chance the Chargers can get a 2nd round pick without giving up too much?
1:03
k acee -  I guess if they can get a second-round pick, that would be ideal.
1:04
Tim Sullivan -  Sure. Almost anything is possible except for Jamal Williams Dancing With The Stars.

I HOPE SD TAKES REY WE WILL BE BEASTLY ON DEFENSE WITH HIM

[Comment From Doug]
I think AJ has three targets (Malauga, Jackson and Raji) in no particular order. If not he trades down. What do you think guys??
1:05
k acee -  He needs someone to trade with him. But, yes, he will trade down if he can

remember his "we can't play with big boys" quote?...i think he meant in the trenches, primarily defensively...and S is a must, Hart is gone.
1:06
Tim Sullivan -

My hope is that the Chargers draft someone who no one has discussed and that we remember that when we start all of this overhyped speculation a year from now.

Seriously, how do we know how well college players are going to perform in the NFL, or how quickly they can be of aid? The best we can offer are educated guesses. The best college running back I ever saw was Ki-Jana Carter. What kind of career did he have?

1:06
k acee -  It's possible Hart is gone, but I don't think so just yet. And the Chargers see M. Jenkins as a corner, so they'd need a safety in the third round, and expecting  him to start next to Weddle is askign a lot.
1:08
k acee -  Tim, that's wishful thinking. The mock drafts/experts are way more wrong than right every year, and yet every year we forget that.

But Mayock says Moreno
