- Texas came out to a quick start, going 3-0 before an Italy time out. Since the break, it's been Italy has gotten on the board to make it 6-2.

- Another Italy TO, Texas up 16-4.

- Very different start to today's match: Texas playing much more sound volleyball fundamentally, but only 3 kills on their first 16 points. Not as flashy, but the 16-4 lead makes head coach Jerritt Elliott a little more comfortable.

- Another interesting note, Sophomore Sydney Yogi is wearing the Libero jersey for what I think is the first itme this season.
