8:03	OK. Back-to-back games are not fun. No. 1 Declo just beat Butte County 43-0 and now Ririe and Malad will square for the right to face Declo next week.

Ririe (3-5) vs. Malad (6-2)

When: 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Holt Arena

What to know: Malad, the District 5 champion, started the season on the rocks. Through the first two weeks, it was 1-2 with losses to Marsh Valley and Declo. But what every one didn’t know was that Marsh Valley would finish the season as the second-ranked 3A team and Declo would top the 2A ranks.

Fast forward to today and Malad has run off five consecutive victories by an average of 45.8 to 11.2.

Meanwhile, Ririe has struggled to find any consistent offense and has earned its three wins against teams that are a combined 2-22.

8:14	8:02 - Malad's take the opening drive and caps a 9 play, 66 yard drive with a Jordan Schwartz 4-yard TD run. Schwartz's kick is good. Malad 7, Ririe 0

8:16	8:02 - An out of bounds kick gives Ririe the ball at its own 35.

8:18	6:40 - On 3rd-and-10, Ririe QB Logan Hamilton hits Jonathon Lovell for an 17-yard pass down to the Malad 48.

8:21	4:48 - Nate Drake's 35 yard punt pins Malad back at its own 11.

8:22	4:36 - That won't matter though as Malad QB Kaden Goddard hits Riker Carter on a fly route for an 89-yard TD pass on Malad's first play. Schwartz's kick is good. Malad 14, Ririe 0
