Hello, and welcome to Matchday 2 of the 2009/10 Champions League.

Is it Matchday 2? Or the second half of Matchday 1? I don't know. What I do know, is that Inter are taking on Barca, and Lyon are playing host to Fiorentina. And some other games are on.

So who is going to make the impact - Ibrahimovic or Eto'o? Because most eyes are surely going to be on them.

only 1 winner with everyone focussing on those 2 its going to be Messi-simple as that

That wouldn't really surprise me, he might well relish the fact that eyes are not on him for once.

even henry might spring a surprise against a useless defender like maicon

as long as abidal is well covered

not quite up to speed yet, only played 30 mins since the champions league final

Ahh ok. Pity, him and Xavi in the centre is always a joy to watch from a neutral perspective.

ye, im sure we'll see him on around the hour mark if the game is deadlocked or if we're chasing (hope not)

Arsenal are starting with Eduardo, unsurprisingly after his ban was overturned.

"Personally, it's an honour for me to face a coach as great as Jose Mourinho." - says Pep before the match. Isn't that nice?
