Back tracking: Roesch said the defendant scored 18 on the suggestibility test. Avg. for youths in his age range 10.4. Prosecutor asked whether he had law enforcement expereince (none) and how many such tests he gave to people charged with crimes. (3)

Prosecutor asked Detective Davis how many arrests in this case. 3, he said. A boy who allegedly told a teacher he set the fire was not one of the three arrested. Davis did interview that boy.
