Tally Hart is the former head of financial aid at Ohio State University.   She now runs an outreach program for lower income students at the university.

Cindy Johnston -  We’re also joined by Bill Hiss.   He is the vice president for external affairs at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.   He supervised the admissions and financial aid offices there for 22 years
