kandrade -  Live Event: "Eye in the Sky": Geographic Information Systems, Satellite Imagery, and Mapping
Date: Monday May 4, 2009
Time: 10:45AM PDT

What does a Producer do?

Producers can do everything the creator of the event can do. Producers assist the writer by approving reader comments and managing interactive media (they have direct access to the writer's Media Library). This feature is great for a live event with many readers because it allows the producer to manage the details, and the writer to focus on the commentary.

TIP: We recommend Producers first use the Practice Area to learn how the software works. A good idea Once you are comfortable with the basics, it's a good idea to try out some of the more advanced features (using the Media Library, launching polls, etc.)

Please read the following instructions to accept your invitation and participate:

Click the link below to go to the live event.
If the event is upcoming, we will post the "go-live" date and time.
If the event is already live, enter your screen name and click 'Go' to begin.
After clicking that link, a Console will open up in your browser for you to use as a Producer.
