Times Online -

Myself and Dominic are in  the very well appointed Times flat on  Edinburgh's North Bridge waiting to speak to star comedian Stewart Lee.

Please fire your questions in and we'll kick off in five minutes...

Times Online -  Stewart is just having a wee problem with his dicky WiFi, but we'll be ready to go in a couple of minutes...
3:02
Times Online -  We can see your questions flooding in, we'll get started with one to Dom

Dominic, what is the best thing you've seen at Ed this year? Who's your favourite comedian ever?
3:06
Dominic Maxwell -  Hi Johnny 1 - The Pajama Men. An America double act so skilful and so imaginative they're in a different league to anything else I've seen. Don't think I have a favourite comedian - but I've rarely laughed more than I have at Harry Hill at his best.

Dominic: don't all shows seem the same after a while? How do you raise a laugh? How many do you see a day?
3:07
Dominic Maxwell -  Hi Penny - I see about five a day. Six, I've found, is too many. And, believe me, when the good stuff comes, you're more grateful than ever for it.

Where is Stewart? What's the biggest disaster you've witnessed on stage?
3:10
stewart lee -

The biggest disaster I have watched on stage is me last night at the edinburgh international conference centre doing 20 mins to mostly silence to an audience of fringe society members and sponsors.

Times Online -  Stewart is coming: we promise. Edinburgh's main street has been ripped up to put in a new tram and they must have made a mess of the broadband!
