Thanks for having us.
5:45
Chris Forsberg -  We've got two games here tonight and two more tomorrow night. Thanks as always for hanging out with us.
5:46
Chris Forsberg -  Once again, I'm joined by Globe colleague Peter Martin. We'll do our best to keep you updated throughout the evening.

Chris, I'm gonna launch into a question -- hope it's not too early -- who has been the most impressive individual player you've seen so far?
5:47
Chris Forsberg -  Smitty: I didn't see enough hockey during the regular season to fairly judge. What I can tell you is that a number of players, particularly the goaltenders, impressed me the other night during the first round of Super 8 play.

Peter, what about you?
5:50
Peter Martin -  Michael Seward's hat trick against CM was probably the most memorable for me. I love watching these players score big goals, they get so fired up.   It is the best part of high school hockey for me.
5:50
Peter Martin -  He also notched the OT winner in the Play-in round. If I am the Harbormen I have someone in his jersey all night long.
5:51
Chris Forsberg -  I think we've got a real interesting matchup to start the night. I felt like Hingham played very, very well the other night and came close to lighting the lamp on a number of occasions. Now they've got their backs against the wall a bit and we'll see how they respond tonight against a Winchester team playing with a boatload of confidence after taking down Catholic Memorial.
5:52
Chris Forsberg -  Teams are on the ice for pregame warmups. Winchester is wearing its road tops which are red with black and white stripe, while Hingham is in the home whites with red trim.
5:53
Peter Martin -  I really love both of these teams jersey's they are very opposite, but they represent both ends of the spectrum. Hingham has a very old-school look, they are kind of a cross between Boston University and the New York Rangers, while Winchester has some of the most modern threads I have ever seen in high school.

Winchester's got those Ottawa third jerseys from a few years ago. They're okay. Hingham's got the classic red and white -- can't go wrong there. Personally I love Central Catholic's jerseys, the Nike swift jerseys from last Olympics...good look
5:58
Peter Martin -  There are some very sharp looking teams in the tourney. The unis that make me laugh a bit are the Catholic Conference. They each nearly duplicate a Hockey East team. Its like watching a college game if you aren't paying attention.

I agree Smitty. Central Catholic's jerseys are very nice.
5:59
Peter Martin -  You are right Smitty, Winchester definetly does have an Ottawa look with their uni's especially when they are in the roads.

Well hey, they are the closest thing to college hockey in Mass. high schools ... (ducking as the public school backers throw tomatoes)
5:59
Peter Martin -  National Anthem begininng here at Tsongas.

CM's Hanson has been well known to say his red sweaters are like the Montreal Canadiens - and he likes it because it makes the local teams hate them. Man that guy's pompous...good coach, but pompous
6:01
Peter Martin -  Perhaps a bit of the Canadiens, I see more BU.
