Babbit is a former airline pilot. "I htink everyone was aware there was some initial focus on the (Flt 188) 'pilot activity.' We asked people to be candid and when they make mistake, "put your hand up."

Babbit: We've reviewed how we establish, maintain, communicaitons with aircraft. We've also looked at the procedures when losing contact with an aircraft. We'll revise our own internal training.
