The deal made no sense since the US Supreme Court ruled in favor of Sherrill. Judge Hurd was overruling the US Supreme Court, which is the highest court in the land. This wasn't a deal, it was an agreement to give Picente and executive job with the Oneidas.

The only reason why Halbritter sat at the table to get a deal was because he knows they are going to lose the lawsuits against them. Where you live is tax-free, but where you do business to compete should be taxed.

- Chad Davis says "everything is slanted in favor of the Oneida Nation in this agreement."

Halbritter is the only one threatening the jobs at the casino. Everyone wants them to keep their jobs. No businesses can compete because the Oneidas don't pay the taxes or go by the regulations and laws all others do. Where have all the gas stations gone competing?

Davis says there are 233,000 people in Oneida County and less than 1,000 of then are Oneidas.
