Live blog: Rockets vs. Bucks

6:46
ChronicleSports -  Welcome to tonight's live game commentary. Fran Blinebury will be on shortly to discuss the Rockets-Bucks showdown.

Fran Blinebury -  Did anybody remember to pack the defense in the luggage?   That's always the question with the Rockets these days.   After giving up just 90 points on Saturday night to Minnesota, it will be interesting to see if the boys can follow it up and put the Bucks away early.

Milwaukee lost it's last game to Detroit in OT, but hasn't lost back-to-back home games all season and they're 5-2 against Western Conference teams at the Bradley Center.

alright Fran, let's hear the real scoop. are there actually serious locker room problems or do you think it's being blown a little out of proportion? in other words, are we just a few wins away from everything being okay between mac and artest and others?
7:04
Fran Blinebury -  It's not open warfare, but it's not the happiest place on Earth.   All problems and confusion and bull that went on in the first half of the season with people in and out of the lineup has caused some discontent.   That's what happens when you have shaky personalities to begin with and things don't sail along smooth.

rockets should have this - they do well against teams that are thin inside

You can't expect Rockets to have the same performance every night.
7:04
Fran Blinebury -  Actually, if you're going to be an elite team, you can.

OK, Fran. What are the chances the Rockets land Amare Stodumire (sp) before the deadline. What would it take to acquire him?
7:04
Fran Blinebury -  None.

... could be the game of "the ghost of Richard Jefferson past", if I remember correctly, the Rockets drafted him but later traded him for the late Eddie Griffin ...
7:05
Fran Blinebury -  How hard can this be?   The Bucks are playing without Michael Redd, Andrew Bogut and Luke Ridnour.   Even a half-stepping effort should be good enough and we know the Rockets are always good for that.

... how much of the "discontent" do you pin on Adelman? ...
7:05
Fran Blinebury -  none.

I guess Rockets are far from elite team, then?
7:06
Fran Blinebury -  what was your first clue?

Way to think positive !

Fran Blinebury -  Ooooooh, Tinkerbell, if we wish and hope that will make it come true!!!!!

If you don't want the truth, don't ask.

If Rockets are out in the first round is Rick Adelman head coach next year?
7:07
Fran Blinebury -  My guess is yes.   Because he definitely won't be coaching the same lineup.

but i doubt they're seriously looking into moving artest, you've gotta at least give it the season. if we bail on the artest experiment so early then we never should have made the move in the first place. i think morey recognizes that
