Hey all. I'm watching Game One of the Florida State-Arkansas Super Regional, the Razorbacks are up 1-0 in the second after a lightning delay. What's on everyone's mind?

You think Wang should stay in the pen for the time being after he clearly showed yesterday that he lacks stamina at the moment?
1:30
No. If he lacks stamina, he's not going to regain it in the bullpen. The Yanks may not have a choice either, because if the rain keeps up and they can't play tonight, Hughes will have to start one game of a probably doubleheader tomorrow, and Wang will need to take a regular rotation turn.
1:30
Seminoles just tied it up, 1-1, if anyone cares.

All things considered, would you say Melky Cabrera >>>> Nate McLouth?
1:31
>>>>? No. But >? Eh. I have more faith in McLouth to remain a .50 OPS guy for the next three years than I do Melky.

when ransom's healthy, just swap him for berroa and then the bench is set?
1:32
Yeah, but I think Nady will beat Ransom back, and he'll take Berroa's spot. Ransom will probably take Pena's spot.

with andy gone next year and hughes taking his spot, who becomes the 6th starter / swingman from SWB?
1:33
What makes you say Andy will be gone? I don't think that's a guarantee. But if he does leave, there are a ton of options. McAllister, Garcia, Pope, Kontos, one of those guys.

Have you read Lane Meyer's plan to get Bryce Harper? It's definitely a pretty amusing read
1:33
Yeah. But the Yanks aren't getting him. Zero chance.

Next to get to 300 wins? I think CC has a chance especially if he pitches until Johnson's age.
1:34
CC definitely has a chance. RJ had ~50 when he was CC's age, and CC has ~120 wins right now. Felix Hernandez is way ahead of Clemens, Maddux, et al in terms of wins at a young age.

Where is Kelvin DeLeon?
1:35
Extended Spring Training, he'll be with the GCL club when the season starts later this month.

for us draft geeks, do you see gibson slipping out of the 1st round now because of his injury concern and lower velocity?
1:36
He might, forearm tightness is a common symptom of TJ. I love Kyle Gibson, love the polish and projection remaining.

[Comment From Chris]
Ummm... how about IPK at the 6th starter next year?
1:36
Sure, but it's tough to know how he'll come back from the aneurysm. That's not a small procedure.
