magic ink - write on the page with your finger and it will magically disappear on the screen - good for brainstorming - use in math to write out equations so that by the time you get to the end of the equation, it begins to disappear, focuses students attention or they will miss what was on the screen

- cleans up the lines, but doesn't make it a "perfect" figure
- will also do abstract shapes
- put picture on screen and use shape pen to locate shapes, lock image, open new page, drag across entire picture to include all the new shapes, click on new page and paste shapes they found in picture without showing the picture

3:31	pen and highlighter: - variety of colors, by selecting pen at top you have a default of colors - can change color and transparency level by clicking on effects, make sure you click on SAVE TOOL PROPERTIES at bottom - will stay on default toolbar until you remove it or save more than 10
