7:02	Myyon Barnes - Tell us a little about yourself.

Joe Luce - My wife Amy and I have four children - Tommy (6th grade), Kelsey (5th), Kylee (3rd) and Alyvia (4 years old). We are very excited to be in Richmond and be a part of the community. I have been involved in education for 16 years - coaching basketball and teaching. I have been a head coach for 10 years and am anxiously looking forward to year eleven.

7:06	Myyon Barnes - What have been your impressions of your new players so far?

Joe Luce - Great kids that seem very hungry to improve and compete. We have been spending a lot of time in the gym together and I am very happy with what I have watched. Our team will be very young, but experienced. I think confidence and taking care of each other will be the keys to the success of this team.
