tim@thebar - Sharkey'e in Radford is full and loud. Tables and chairs have been hauled in from outside and folks are sitting on the front of the stage. Not everyone is wearing red, but those who aren't look out of place.
The word "Radford" popped up on the TV screens once and the palce erupted.
That was just the word. Lord knows what will happen when the Highlanders actually appear.

tim@thebar - For one, brief, shining moment there, it looked like RU would take the lead. But the Highlanders turned the ball over and the Tarheels seem to have taken control.
RU came within a bucket of beating one ACC team this year, but that was Virginia, and the Wahoos were on the opposite end of ACC standings from the Heels this year.
Not that that matters to the faithful here at Sharkey's

3:24	tim@thebar - I have no idea how many people are in here but the fan division seems to be just about everyone to one. There is one guy here wearing a UNC lacrosse t-shirt. His jacket says Radford, but his fist pumps say Tarheels.

3:45	tim@thebar - This is as cheerful a group as your likely to see cheering for a team that's down by 17, thought there is come angst apparent among the crowd. Most eyes are still glued to the screens, but some folks have drifted off to magazines and other interests.
