With Kitchener losing to Guelph today 2-1, the Otters will secure that elusive spot with a win against the Whalers.

4:53	The hangover from Saturday night's loss to Ottawa continues. Plymouth jumps out to a 2-0 lead on goals from Ryan Hayes and Matt Caria in the 10 1/2 minutes

4:58	The Otters head to their second PP of the game, as Matt Caria is whistled for interference.

5:01	The PP ends with Shawn Szydlowski taking a checking from behind penalty.

5:03	Matt Hackett robs the Otters' Ryan O'Reilly on a SH breakaway with 3:14 left.

5:06	Hackett's on his game early, as he robs Luke Gazdic with a nice glove save with 1:30 left.

5:08	The Whalers scores with 25 seconds left in the period, as Chris Terry's 38th goal of the season extends the lead to 3-0. The Whalers outshot the Otters 13-10. And the boos rain down from the crowd ...
