I've been spending a fair amount of time trying to find content for new articles... but since they would all require the tag line "transfer rumor" I figured that an open forum might be a bit more appealing.

1:00	So in the time since I last checked, Franco FC have officially signed Karim Benzema from Lyon.

1:01	I am officially flummoxed by the currents transfer window... For a variety of reasons...

1:02	1) This pretty much guarantees that David Villa will find his way to Barca

1:03	2) Franco FC are now going to be either very, very good or hilariously bad

1:03	3) Perhaps most unsettling, it means that the shift in power that many have previously discussed is now undeniable.

1:04	Fergie has been chasing Benzema for around two years... yet Franco FC were able to capture his services in about a month... just what this means, I can't really say... But it definitely says something about the overall appeal of the City of Manchester

1:06	Yeah... pretty much... for Franco FC that is... I think United won't be pursuing him unless they get absolutely desperate (which they could actually already be... no real way to tell how much Fergie wanted Benzema)

1:08	To reiterate, I'm happy that Slave is gone... and I'm now sick of hearing Tevez publicly air his greivances (especially if it's all just a way to make himself feel better about inevitably signing for Citeh).

1:08	But I don't think that you can remove those two players, add in Valencia (who's talented, for certain... but not quite there yet) and then make the argument that the squad is ready for the new season
