Organizations like Pew release their polls to the public. The Citizens' Alliance polls were for Fumo's personal benefit and not made available to the public, Zauzmer said.

Robert Moran - On a tax return for 2002, the nonprofit said it did not furnish goods or services or pay for lobbying, even though Fumo was receiving goods and Citizens' Alliance was paying for the fight against Ventnor Dunes.

Robert Moran - Zauzmer said it was tax fraud when the nonprofit never reported its purchases for Fumo on its tax returns. "The tax fraud starts at Sam's Club," Zauzmer said, referring to one of the places Fumo and Arnao shopped for their needs and charged it to a Citizens' Alliance credit card.

Robert Moran - Next up, the Independence Seaport Museum. Fumo was a member of the board. "Twenty-four other board members knew the rules," but not Fumo, Zauzmer said.

Robert Moran - Zauzmer is highlighting the trips to Martha's Vineyard and said it touches on all parts of the case. First, he used Senate staffers to drive luggage to Fumo's vacation rental.

Robert Moran - Zauzmer said it was an "OPM extravaganza" with Fumo's using the museum's yachts. The tally over the years was more than $100,000 in yacht use, Zauzmer said.
