WalesOnline - Here is all the info you need ahead of kick-off:

The Bluebirds will take their place in next weekend’s semi-finals if:

1. They draw or win, because their points tally couldn’t be hauled in by Preston or Burnley.
2. They lose, but so do Preston AND Burnley.
3. They lose and one of Burnley or Preston fail to win.
4. They lose 2-1, 3-2 or 4-3, Burnley win and Preston win 1-0 – by virtue of scoring more goals than Preston.

THE Bluebirds will miss out if:

1. THIS is the complicated one. THEY lose by 1-0 or more, Burnley win by any margin AND Preston win by one goal or more.

If that happens, Cardiff and Preston would be level on POINTS, GOAL DIFFERENCE and GOALS SCORED.
Then it would come down to the number of wins – and Preston would edge it with 21 victories to Cardiff’s 19.

IF City did finish fifth or sixth, they would be at home for the first leg of the play-off semi-final next weekend.

Sixth place and they would host the third-placed team on Friday at 7.45pm.

A fifth-placed finish would see them play the fourth-placed team on Saturday at 5.30pm.

The second legs take place on the following Monday and Tuesday.
