Good morning Mike!! We can probbly get these out of the way now as well...Nothing has happened yet and Estoppel–noun Law. a bar or impediment preventing a party from asserting a fact or a claim inconsistent with a position that party previously took, either by conduct or words, esp. where a representation has been relied or acted upon by others.

morning.. this nagging.. equal protection argument ... hasmade me wonder about possible solutions... and the only 1 i can come up with is a single special master judge for each state... whowould rule on all exception ballots... an absurd idea i know... even a special master might get bleary eyed and rule one way on one ballot and another way on another

The right media is looking for this kind of blogging, to side step the issues and keep that evil liberal thing going. Welcome to the world of public figures.
