- Football is an addictive sport, yes. I think what makes it so special is that there is just one game each week. There is a build-up and then there's the consistency. Plus, it's just a cool sport.

What do you think about the possibility of the state finals being played at Ford field for the last time?

- I really like all the eight finals at one venue, and I really like it indoors that late in the season. But I think we've been spoiled for so long here with the domed fields. We would just have to adjust.

- The MHSAA had a two-year deal and they are half-way through that. No contracts have been signed for 2010. Play them at UM or MSU? WMU? No one knows for sure.
