Matthew Gilbert, TV Person - How about it indeed. He's great, I think. It's amazing how the characters on that show reveal themselves gradually, the more they trust Paul (Gabriel Byrne). Mahoney is making his really defensive and haught character more and more sympathetic with each revelation.

Another great episode from Lost, best season since Season 1...but I want to ask about Better Off Ted, how are the ratings? Last night's episode was fantastic, a little Arrested Development like, just more obvious.

Matthew Gilbert, TV Person - I don't know about last night's episode, but last week's episode of Better Off Ted did really poorly. I'm afraid the show isn't catching on. I agree, it's got a lot of potential.

wow u guys haven't talked about Lost in the last few chats, i'm surprised! lol. i happened to catch it last night. my new theory: the island/smokey is God. it's going to be similar to how Battlestar Galactica (remake) ends. chalking it up to true supernatural happenings. just my 2 cents.
