- The Schools make the decision, not us, so no guarantees here. I would be very surprised if secondary roads were not very slick in the morning, but that's all I can say.

- The only issue in Goldsboro would be any remaining standing water freezing toward morning. Many times most of the water will evaporate before it freezes. Don't think you will get more than a dusting, if that.
