Ryan McNeill - Man, it’s not even 6:30 and already the media room in the ACC is packed and buzzing. Between people chatting about the Vince Carter deal and speculation about what the Raptors will do tonight there is a noticeable buzz in the room.

Ryan McNeill - Dave D'Alessandro is reporting Vince Carter has officially been dealt to Orlando in exchange for Battie, Alston and Lee. Does anyone else think this means Hedo Turkoglu is gone? Personally, I don’t see Orlando needing his scoring now that they have Carter. I think they would be better off obtaining a wing who is a strong defender such as Trevor Ariza or Ime Udoka.

6:29	[Comment From Denis Johnson] According to the early coverage on Raps TV, BC has interest in Henderson. Do you think he has the same chances of being selected as Jrue Holiday? Or is Jrue still the 2nd option after DD.

Ryan McNeill - Denis - As far as I know the top three options are Holiday, Johnson and DeRozen. However, that could all start to shift once the draft unfolds. I'll be sure to post anything else that I hear.

Ryan McNeill - I was sent an email this afternoon from the Wizards PR team announcing that they will be holding a press conference at 7 pm EST to formally announce the addition of Mike Miller and Randy Foye. Ryan McNeill - The big news out of Oklahoma City tonight is Russell Westbrook backing off his harsh statements to ESPN The Magazine earlier this month. Does this mean OKC is on the verge of drafting Rubio?
