Holly Hacker, reporter - Good morning, Sally. I'm going to turn this over to Dave and the experts at the Texas School Safety Center to talk about what they do. I can tell you they were formed in 1999, shortly after the Columbine shootings.

Dave Williams - We focus on the culture and the climate of the schools. Safety and security is about the students, educators, and administrators recognizing that you need a culture of preparedness.
