Do you think Moll has a future in GB ?
1:03
I think Tony Moll will be hard pressed to make the final roster this season. He's entering his fourth NFL season and hasn't been able to establish himself as a starter. He has been a serviceable backup, nothing more. With the influx of younger linemen on the roster, that doesn't bode well for Moll's future, in my opinion.

So if Kampman doesn't transition well to the 3-4 OLB spot this coming season, what will be the Packer's course of action? Will they tag and trade him? What would he be worth to a 4-3 team?

Kampman will become a free agent after this season, so the Packers can't tag him. If he doesn't fit into the 3-4 defense, the Packers will let him walk.

Do you see Jones or Nelson taking the No. 3 WR spot?

That should be a hotly contested battle. I know there have been a lot of raves about  Jordy Nelson during the offseason, but I'm going with Jones. When healthy, he has displayed the ability to perform at a high level. I think Jones has more potential. But in this game, it comes down to availability as much as talent.

Hi Mike-- three quick questions 1) have you heard of any interest around the league in Mark Tauscher, 2) has Donald Driver commented publicly about Jennings' contract, and 3) what's your feeling about the chances of Collins holding out? thanks

1 - I have heard of no team being currently interested in Tauscher. He's in a tough spot. Until he can show that he can make a healthy return, no team will likely want him. And it appears the Packers are moving on.

2 - Driver was not in the locker room when Jennings' contract was announced, if memory serves me correctly. However, I recall Driver saying prior to the announcement that he was rooting for Jennings to get a huge deal. I sensed no hard feelings on the part of Driver, who knew Jennings would soon be making more money than him.

3 - I believe Collins will report on time. He has made his statement to the Packers about wanting a new contract. Now it's time to play ball. Collins would subject himself to fines if he holds out.  Plus, he can't afford to fall behind any more than he already is in terms of learning the 3-4 defense.

thanks for taking my question. some of the details that have been revealed in the Steve McNair coverage have been much more personal and embarrassing than the normal coverage of athletes' personal lives. Do you think the ground rules for what is and is not fair game will change as the result of this story?
