[Comment From Mark]
What are your thoughts about OU's trip to Miami?
11:01
Berry Tramel -  I think the Ou-Miami game will be fantastic. I have no idea what will happen, which is as it should be. I don't know if Landry Jones will blossom or wither. I don't even know if he will play. I don't know if Miami is back to its old self or just sort of rising a little. But it's going to be great fun, and if OU wins, the Sooners are back near the top, despite BYU.

[Comment From Jeff, Norman]
Man, guess some teams can't stand being ranked in the top 5. Do you just think there aren't any really GREAT teams this year?
11:02
Berry Tramel -  OU-Miami kickoff will be at 2:30 or 7 p.m., Oklahoma time. I guess it depends on how Miami does against V-Tech. Miami wins, 7 p.m.
11:03
Berry Tramel -  Too early to tell if there are great teams or not. I tend to think there aren't too many GREAT teams any year. I mean, was that Texas team a GREAT team? Vince Young was great, but they went to Stillwater and trailed 28-9 or whatever it was. USC in '04 was great, I suppose. But I don't think anyone is great.

[Comment From Kevin]
How much impact do you think the current injuries to Bradford and Gresham will have on thier potential NFL draft staus?
11:04
Berry Tramel -  And I love the upsets. A top-five team has lost every week so far. And some more could fall tomorrow.
11:04
Berry Tramel -  I think Gresham's injury will drop him a little. I would guess him to go in the lower teens. 18, 19, 20. Something like that. If Bradford comes back and shows himself to be healed, I don't think he will be affected.

who do you think will win the OU/Texas game?
11:06
Berry Tramel -  I think OU-Texas is going to be almost as big as it was going to be anyway. If OU beats Miami, the Sooners will be 5-6, somewhere in there, while Texas will be 2-3. Six vs. Two is not far off what OU would have had anyway. All that said, I'd pick Texas right now, and I'll pick Texas in three weeks, because I always pick whoever won the previous year.

We've seen it written that the OSU football facility, now that the west end zone project has been completed, is one of the best in the country. Fact or just hype?
11:07
Berry Tramel -  I think OSU's facility is one of the best in the nation I'm quite sure of that. Where you don't know is when people say THE best. Nobody knows that. At least nobody around here.

[Comment From Mike]
Do you think OSU should rest its banged-up players or play them to try to get their swagger back?
11:09
Berry Tramel -  Someone asked about the Southmoore football situation. I assume they are asking about the players transferring in. Well, I don't like it. I don't know what to do about it, but I don't like it. Over in Tulsa, every school in the metro area is just a feeder system for Jenks and Union. We've got that a little bit in basketball over here, with Putnam City, and I hate to see it come to west-side football, but it has. To me, it cheapens high school football. I just don't care about it much anymore.
11:10
Berry Tramel -  I would rest any banged-up OSU players. They've played enough to have their timing down, so that's not the problem. As for swagger, playing a I-AA opponent creates faux swagger, which is no good. I would rest Dez and Cox and Hunter and even Zac, if he needs it.
