Barton Deiters -  He went to the 8th Avenue home around 2:30 a.m on Sept. 29 and the fire was still active three hours after the fire was reported. It was still going because the house was still running electricity and firefighters could not go inside the home until Consumer's Energy turned off the power. It was extinguished at 5:30 a.m.
