Hello Leslie and welcome to Dallas. Before coming from California did you have any thoughts about Dallas and the dining scene here?
12:04
Leslie Brenner -  Hey Shane! Thanks so much. When I interviewed for this position, I had never been to Dallas before, and I dined out as much as I could in two days. I was really impressed with the general level of cooking, and also the vibrancy of the scene.
