Both of the 2 shortlisted candidates (Irvine being the other) would have worked with Appy, as it was the board's intention to promote him. they appreciate he's ambitious and wanted him to have a greater role. He will still look after the ressies but also be on 'first team' duty on match days. He will no longer deal with the youths |
