Chris... love your work on Scout.com. I wanted to see what you thought of Taylor Mays and if he made the right decision staying in school for his senior season?
6:07
Chris Steuber -  Thank you for the kind words, I appreciate it. If Taylor Mays decided to enter the 2009 NFL Draft, he would have been a top-ten pick. I was surprised he decided to stay in school for his senior year, but USC players love the college experience and want to stay there as long as they can. Mays is a physically gifted athlete and a player who can do it all on the field. I'd like to see him improve his coverage skills a little more, but overall he's tremendous. If he stays healthy this season, I think he has a chance to be a top-five pick in the '10 draft.

What are your thoughts on the Donte Stallworth situation? It's crazy to me to think that he only gets 30-days for manslaughter.
6:12
Chris Steuber -  It's crazy to me as well. But he also received eight years probation, which means if he messes up just once, he'll get the maximum sentence for the crime; I believe that means he will do up to 15 years in prison. I also expect Stallworth to be suspended for at least four games, if not eight games this year. It's a different situation to say the least.

Did you watch the Joe Buck Show the other night? It was the worst thing I've seen on TV in years... the only good thing about it was Artie Lang - at least he made it funny. What did you think?
6:19
Chris Steuber -  Texan4Life: I didn't watch it live, but I caught the replay of it and to me it was awkward. It seemed like Joe Buck was struggling during the interviews and he came across as being uncomfortable. I found that odd, as he's this all-world commentator and he can't even do a live interview without hesitation; what's that about? I agree with you that Artie Lang made the show humorous, but at the same time, if I were in Joe Buck's seat I'd be embarrassed.

Chris, I'm a huge fan of Brian Dawkins and I'm still upset that he left Philly for Denver. Do you think Dawkins is happy about the situation in Denver, since they already traded Cutler and are about to deal Brandon Marshall?
6:30
Chris Steuber -  BDawk: Obviously, the Denver situation isn't what Dawkins expected when he signed with them; if I were him, I would be upset as well. Who knew that the Broncos were going to trade Jay Cutler? It's unfortunate that Josh McDaniels enters that situation and completely stirs everything up. Now with Brandon Marshall most likely on his way out, the Broncos have gone from a playoff contender to a team that will have to fight to stay in contention. It's an unfortunate situation for Dawkins.

Regarding your rookie rankings, it appears that you're still high on Mark Sanchez. Why do you have him No. 1 overall?
6:36
Chris Steuber -  It should come as no surprise that I have Mark Sanchez No. 1 overall, I thought he should have been the No. 1 pick overall by the Lions. The truth of the matter is that Sanchez is in a better situation in New York, with a head coach in Rex Ryan who spent last year in Baltimore and witnessed the progression of Joe Flacco. Sanchez has a great offensive line, promising weapons and a quality defense that will rival what Flacco had in Baltimore last year. I think Sanchez has all the intangibles it takes to be successful and I think he will ultimately be the Offensive Rookie of the Year.

[Comment From I Love The Pack!]
Do you really think Brett Favre will return this season?
6:45
Chris Steuber -  Pack: It appears that Favre is destined for Minnesota. I don't see why he would go through with the surgery this offseason if he wasn't 100-percent sure about returning to the field. I think it's absurd that he's returning this year; I thought it was ridiculous last year when he went to the Jets and prior to that he wasn't that good during the last three years he spent in Green Bay. I think Favre had a great career, but the drama he's started over the last few years has really altered my view of him and it's unfortunate. It's a shame that he still hears the crowd and can't walk away in peace.

Do you think the Patriots will win the Super Bowl this year with Tom Brady back?
6:53
Chris Steuber -  NEPATS: I'll never bet against Tom Brady, even if he's not 100-percent. But it appears he's ready to go and feels as good as ever. The Patriots have the team and coaching staff to be in contention once again for the Lombardi Trophy. Even without Brady last year, they still went 11 - 5. This year, I expect them to return to prominence and win the Super Bowl.

[Comment From Tyler MI]
I enjoy your work and look forward to your mock drafts next year. Who are five prospects that will be in the running for the NO. 1 pick next year?
7:00
Chris Steuber -  Tyler: I don't think there are five players who will be in contention for the No. 1 pick; I think there's only two: Russell Okung, OT, Oklahoma State and Sam Bradford, QB, Oklahoma.
7:02
Chris Steuber -  Thank you everyone for your questions... Scout NFL Radio will return on Wednesday, June 24th from 6 - 8 p.m. EST. Talk to you all soon!
