WalesOnline -  Hello everyone,
Media Wales' Cardiff City expert Terry Phillips is waiting to give his views on Cardiff City's dramatic collapse this season.

Should Dave Jones stay or go?
Which players should stay and which should go?
Want went wrong?
What should the club do now?
Feel free to ask any questions to Terry you want.

Regular blogger Gareth Rogers will be administering the blog and will also be joining in the debate.

WalesOnline -  Terry is just getting set up and he will be with you in minutes.

Terry, will you and when will you be examining and pressurising Peter Ridsdale and Alan Flitcroft on the recently filed accounts for year ended May 2008?
12:57
Gareth Rogers -  Hello all, it is getting busy on here already. A lot of people want to vent thier spleen!

Terry Phillips -  Hi. Online at last. Sorry for the delay.

Do you think Dave Jones should go? keepoing him would also mean a good amount of stability as the bluebirds move in to the new stadium, but having said that is it time for a fresh start across the board?

do you think dave jones is giving the players an easy ride

How can Dave Jones stay at the club when he has once again 'masterminded' a terrible end of season and cost us the chance of promotion? We need somebody on the coaching staff who actually cares about Cardiff City, step forward Mr. Graham Kavanagh.

Terry Phillips -  Hi gabbsthenewt

There are several other journalists looking through the accounts as we speak. I don't have a financial background - and the guys who know are going through them.
When they have completed their job we will put questions to the club.

Gareth Rogers -  Personally I think Jones should stay. On Sunday I was adament he should go, but now I have calmed down a bit, I think he deserves another chance. But the fans seem to be split.

Terry Phillips -  We have said in the Echo about the tough words said behind the scenes. Cardiff City did not have enough leaders - that's one reason they failed.
If only all the players had that will to win shown by Roger Johnson.

Can you find out what happened between the Burnley and Preston game was there a divide in the dressing room that resulted in the appaling sequence of results in our last 4 games???

Any idea what was going on behind the scenes in the run in? This sort of capitulation has to be related to some sort of player unrest doesn't it?

Does this work? No comments coming up

Gareth Rogers -  Yes, we're up and running now KFP

Do you think Dave Jones and the team thought that they were already crusing up automatically
1:07
Terry Phillips -  Graham Kavanagh is untried as a manager. Personally, I believe Dave Jones should stay and see this through. There must, of course, be progress for next season - and that starts with quality signings.
Kav may be one for the future and I know he'd love to do it, but my feeling is that it would be a gamble right now.

Why did you and Dave jones think that Steve Mcphail was such an essetial player for Cardiff city.

[Comment From goodshoes]
Why do you like Mcphail so much? He's dreadful!

[Comment From Midfield Maestro]
Are you Stephen McPhail's dad? As you keep awarding the one-footed wonder extraordinarily high marks whenever he puts in inept displays.
