2:06	If it was an elimination game, I could see it. Remember Torre brought Boomer out of the pen in G7 of the 2003 ALCS to face Ortiz in the late innings, though Ortiz took him deep.

Do you believe there is significant MSM bias against the yankees? It seems that every story written in these 4 off days has been about the natural leadership of Andre Eithier, Raul Ibanez and Torii Hunter or how Abreu is gods gift to offense but nothing really about the Yankees. Can nobody muster up something nice to say?

2:08	I definitely think there is some bias. There were plenty of articles written this week about the Yanks unfair advantage and all that junk. There was even one article in the OC Register completely blasting Yankee fans, saying they were homophobic, stupid, not in touch with the game, etc.

2:08	He could, but I'm not counting on it. Mostly because I don't expect the Yanks to fall behind 0-3.

2:09	That was just an accident. Blame Joe, he did the infielders and outfielders, I did the pitchers. Vlad's dangerous, but Matsui was much better this year. At worst, I'd call it a wash, although I think the Yanks have a slight edge.
