1:01	[Comment From super] I'll start you off with a softball, what kind of chances do think the Shockers have against Pitt without Clevin, and what is the status of Williams' ankle?

1:02	With or without Clevin, it will be tough. His shooting ability and leadership would be nice. But I think WSU has a chance. Its history against the Big East is good, although that might not mean much. WSU will need to limit turnovers and shoot the ball better than average.

1:03	Haven't seen Demetric yet today. We will see if he practices. My guess is he will be ready by Monday, but I'm not a certified athletic trainer.

1:03	[Comment From Fred] Paul, what's your take on Pittsburgh? Do the Shocks have a chance?

Pitt coach Jamie Dixon spoke this morning on a conference call. The Panthers are a much different team than last season and seem to be improving each game. They went with a small lineup against Eastern Kentucky and it worked well. Their history says they will be good, perhaps very good, at some point this season.

1:05	[Comment From Nate] I know it's a little early in the season to be speculating, but how does our depth chart stack up compared to other MVC teams so far?

1:06	I think WSU, once everybody gets healthy and eligibile, will be 8-10 deep easily. Players such as Gabe Blair and Kenny Manigault will come along slowly at times. By January or February, I think they will be really ready to go. WSU's inside depth has a chance to be very good by MVC standards.

1:06	[Comment From Shocker JON`] With preseason basketball now underway, would you change any of your Valley preseason predictions with what you have seen?

1:07	Not yet. Missouri State is off to a good start with a win against Auburn. If Evansville beats Butler on Saturday, I might reconsider.
