Yes! It's hard to beleive the Flyers lose to of their most productive players then drop six goals on the Canes and Bolts

The Canes are in trouble. Too many veterans, not enough balaced scoring. I thought Maurice might be in trouble, but Jim Rutherford says it's all his fault.
How about Tocchet dropping Vinny to the fourth line???

How good do you think Giroux and Van Riemsdyk can get? It looks like Van Riemsdyk has the potential to be an All-Star multiple times.

I talked with Bob Clake about JVR before the season and he thinks he's got the potential to be the first Flyer to win Rookie of the Year. Hard to beleive it's never been done in Flyers history

Absolutely! I think it's the best regular season event in hockey! It's better than any All-Star game in any sport! Especially when it snows!

Here's the thing about the Olympics. The NHL is saying it's all in when it's in Canada, but is non committal when it goes overseas

You;re either in or out! I like the Olympics, but I think it wreaks havocv on the schedule and gets players injured.

Did Asham get dropped to the 4th line after his scoring streak because of his defense? Samsonov went around him like he wasn't there on Carolina's goal.

Good question, Jim I think Stevens wanted to see how Laliberte looked on a scoring line and since he's got two goals in two games he may stay. Asham is not a bad player defensively, but didn't look very good on that one

why did the flyers drag there feet with gagne. i could see from my couch he was hurt from day one .he would stand along the boards and avoid all contact if possible. with so few games these last 4 weeks he could be half way through his rehab. did they not learn there lesson last year with briere?
