YGB student, part of BABJ program, Autumn Green, wants to know what Kearns will do for the youth in the city. Says more needs to be done and "we've failed our youth." He promises to be an agent for change when it comes to education, year-round programming, including sports. He says he will ensure youth are "treasured," adding he initiated CityCorps program. One person to work as a facilitator in the community to work with youth.

Answering quality of life question. Says when Erie County Library board decided to close libraries, where people get access to information. Says he partnered with AmeriCorps to reopen facilities and now a thousand members at the  Caz resource center. His administration will have housing inspectors to do zero-tolerance inspections, police officers to talk do in the form of community policing and, finally, planners.
