Ohio State @ Penn State

3:05
Happy gameday everyone! Welcome to ZN LIVE. Iowa went down today to Northwestern, so Penn State is now tied for first place in the Big Ten. The Nittany Lions can not afford a loss today, if they still want to go to the Rose Bowl. Kickoff coming up in about 25 minutes.
3:32
Penn State really needs this win, now that Michigan blew it to Purdue (PSU doesn't play PU, so UM needed to win for schedule strength). Illinois beat Minnesota (an upset I called for this week). MSU took care of business. And now this game.
3:34
The student section is STILL not filled up, and kickoff is seconds away. Pathetic. Don't give me the bullshit excuse that the ticketing system is causing delays. BULL! Get to the gates earlier. Stop tailgating 10 minutes early, and get in line! Football if more important than tossing back one more Keystone Light.

Terrelle Pryor isn't going to have what it takes to pull this off. He's going to get rattled by Jack Crawford, Jared ODrick and Ollie Ogbu. Plus, if they don't get to him, Bowman and Lee will EAT HIM ALIVE! GO STATE!
3:38

Evan Royster is hurt in pregame warmups! WTF! That could really screw PSU over today! Let's see. Go defense!

3:38
OSU comes out conservative with the running game, from an offset-I formation. Watch for OSU to test PSU to see what is open.
3:39
Pryor's first throw is a classic arm punt. About 10 feet to high, and into the stands.
3:40

Big stop on third down. Three and out for OSU. Pryor had decent time to throw, but the WR drops the ball. I'll take it.

Now I'm really worried about Royster. I hope Clark can just throw all day.
3:41
Royster is out on the first play. But Clark goes down on the sack. That was just sloppy by the line. It looked almost like a screen was supposed to go.
3:42
PSU looks very jumpy. The playcalling is not very good. Sack, deep throw, now what?
3:43
Another screen. That should have worked but what the hell was Johnnie Troutman looking for?! If he just turned around, there was the block he was supposed to make!
3:43

BIG PUNT RETURN! OSU starts inside the 10. Great, guys. Great.

3:45
Touchdown Ohio State. Pryor slips a few tackles on a scramble. I blame the offense for this situation. Penn State didn't call anything that PSU had a good shot at completing on its first drive. On two of the three first PSU plays, the line broke down and directly caused the plays to fail.
3:50
PSU starts at its 25. Go with a run to Royster for about 4, then another for a loss of one. I think PSU was too aggressive early on. But this is too conservative.
3:50
Three and out again.
3:53
If Penn State can't get it together ASAP, then I'm blaming the coaching staff, including Paterno himself. PSU doesn't look ready, prepared, or interested at all in this game. OSU is jacked. Clark isn't being given throws he can make, while the run game hasn't been good all year unless the pass game is established first. Penn State is doing to itself exactly what it did to OSU in 05 and 08, make mistakes and play scared.
3:54
OSU comes out with a 10 yard run on the zone read.
3:54
Now out of the I-form, throw to the flat for about 7 yards. Looks more like a PSU play.
3:55
The same play, but to the other side now. Penn State doesn't look sharp by any means.
